 Ebenzer Scrooge is a mean and miserable man with no friends. He hates happiness, love, family and generosity. Seven years after the death of his business partner Jocob Marley, he is working in his office. It was one cold Christmas Eve. That night, he is haunted by Marley’s ghost, which warns Scrooge that the dead who led bad lives are forced to roam around and not be at peace. In addition, Marley says him that three spirits will visit him during each of the next three nights.

This is a really famous story in Japan too. Actually,  I'd read this book when I was a elementary student. I hope Scrooge get his happiness after the his death, but I wonder why he scared loneliness. He didn't make any good relationships so far and he only trusted his money. I thought his real mind wouldn't be changed by anything.

This is the famous story of Pocahontas, and her love for the Englishman John Smith. I think that there is no color bar when people love each other. The poor affection of a her for him is really beautiful.

I had a really nice weekend. On Saturday, I watched tennis game with my friend. There are a lot of high school students and we moved so much. My high school's team was 3rd in Kumamoto!! It is a big brilliant. On Sunday, I went to the theater with my friend but we wrong the time. So we changed our plan and had a wonderful lunch!

The Ugly Ducking The Ugly Ducking is a level 4 book in the Usborne First Reading series. And it is a very famous story in Japanese children too. There has a good message that if you spend an unhappy days now, that is not all about your life. Someday, you are able to become a beautiful swan. One day, a duck lays five small eggs and huge one.
